Job description:
- Handling administrative and receptionist duties.
- Good communication, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with supplier from China).
- Ability to prepare stock inventory and process office bills.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Good literacy in using Microsoft Word, Excel application and Power Point.
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- To carry the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
- Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree are encourage to apply or SPM with at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
