Job description:
Main responsibilities: - Provide support for a wide variety of activities of executive assistance, human resources and office administration role
- Provide secretarial and administration service to the CEO across the range of his work
- Handle all travelling arrangements of the CEO including transportation, accommodation, documentations, itineraries etc.
- Responsible for CEO's driver schedule in accordance to CEO's schedule
- Liaise with staff/Board members/business associates for meetings arrangements and take minutes of meetings.
- Support and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Support HR operations and activities as and when required.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): secretarial administration, good communication skill, good in Microsoft Offices ie Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point.
- Preferable with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-tasking.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Selayang.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
