Job Description

  • Perform sales administrative activities(eg; Preparation of sales quotation, invoices, DO ets)
  • Prepare attractive sales presentation/demonstration
  • Efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls and outgoing calls
  • Attending to guests/Visitors/Members including serving beverage/drinks
  • Co-ordinate incoming/outgoing mails/parcels
  • Co-ordinate with other departments

Requirements

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience but no experienced such as fresh graduates are also welcome as long as candidates are interested in working for a Japanese company.
  • PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Aggressive, pleasant personality, willing to learn, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Possess excellent communication skill 
  • Willing to meet tight deadlines and result oriented
  • A team player and able to work as Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience
