Job Description - Perform sales administrative activities(eg; Preparation of sales quotation, invoices, DO ets)
- Prepare attractive sales presentation/demonstration
- Efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Responsible for answering incoming calls and outgoing calls
- Attending to guests/Visitors/Members including serving beverage/drinks
- Co-ordinate incoming/outgoing mails/parcels
- Co-ordinate with other departments
Requirements - Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience but no experienced such as fresh graduates are also welcome as long as candidates are interested in working for a Japanese company.
- PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Aggressive, pleasant personality, willing to learn, able to work with minimum supervision
- Possess excellent communication skill
- Willing to meet tight deadlines and result oriented
- A team player and able to work as Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience
